Transcription: During narrated parts of the disk, you can fast forward and rewind by using the control on the bottom right hand side of the screen. As the pointer moves over the symbol, the arrow will change and show different directions. Click as the arrow faces right to go forward one narrated page per click, and left to go back to the start of the current section.
